ABOUT CHROMA.ARM
One country. Many perspectives.
CHROMA.ARM is a platform dedicated to colour street photography made in Armenia.
We aim to bring together photographers who see Armenia in their own way — capturing its people, streets, everyday moments and unexpected encounters through a colour.
We believe that photography can reveal different sides of a place. Every frame offers a perspective, every photographer has a story, and together these images can create a richer visual portrait of Armenia.
Throughout the year, CHROMA.ARM will feature selected submissions, connect photographers and build a growing visual archive of life across the country.
Our long-term vision is to bring these perspectives beyond the screen through an exhibition — creating a space where colour photographs can be experienced together, potentially alongside the work featured by our monochrome twin project.
CHROMA.ARM is open to photographers of all backgrounds and nationalities. What matters is the perspective they bring and the place they capture.
Armenia, seen through many eyes.
One country. Many perspectives.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
A personal interest. A shared vision.
My interest in street photography inspired me to create CHROMA.ARM, but the idea goes beyond my own work.
I wanted to create a platform where photographers could share their perspectives on Armenia, discover one another and contribute to a growing visual archive of everyday life across the country.
I believe every photographer sees something different, even when looking at the same place. CHROMA.ARM is an attempt to bring these perspectives together — first through a shared platform and eventually through an exhibition.
CHROMA.ARM is also the colourful twin of MONOCHROME.ARM. Together, the two projects explore Armenia through different photographic languages, while sharing the same vision of bringing photographers and their perspectives together.
One country. Many perspectives.
